• strict 24 hour cancellation policy.

• any appointment cancelled without 24 hours notice will be charged in full.

• failure to attend an appointment will still be charged in full.

• please be patient - we try our best to stay on time with the allocated appointments but all heads and hair types are different so sometimes we can run over.

• please try and come with clean hair, we will have swifter, cleaner results.

• Please don’t come in if you are sick.
